What Shipping Methods Are Available?

•  We offer only UPS Standard shipping at this time
•  We are only able to ship to physical addresses in the 48 Contingous States. AK/HI/Canada orders will require shipping to be covered. Please contact us for more information or a quote

How Long Does a Custom Steering Wheel Take to Produce and Deliver?

• Most of our custom steering wheels take around 6-8 weeks to produce and deliver. Airbags can add another week or two depending on the customization.

• This is only a given estimate. We will always strive to do our best to deliver the wheel to you as quickly as possible. All custom steering wheels are queued up for production. If there are a large number of orders it may take longer than the estimated time for the wheel to finish production.

Can I Cancel a Custom Steering Wheel After Ordering?

•We are only able to cancel a steering wheel order IF the production of the custom steering wheel has not begun. 

• Once production of a steering wheel has begun we are not able to cancel the order.

• Please finalize your order with care and responsibility

Are the Steering Wheels Brand New?

• Yes! We only sell brand new steering wheels.

• Steering wheels are built to OE (original equipment) specifications. This means fitment is spot on

Can I Order an Aftermarket Air Bag Cover?

• We do offer aftermarket airbag covers but they only for off-road use and not certified for street use. Please use with care.

Are Installation Guides Available?

• At this time installation guides are not available. We do not provide diagrams on retrofitting, or wiring instructions at this time.

Are Local Pick Ups Allowed?

• Yes! We allow local pick up in our La Habra warehouse in Southern California.

• Pick Up is only available after we confirm your order is ready

Are Returns Allowed?

• We only allow returns of steering wheels that are in brand new condition and have never been installed, modified, or used.

• You have a 14 day return window after the order has been delivered. We are not able to return your order once the item has been delivered for more than the 14 day time frame.

• A RMA is required for returns. Please contact us prior to returning your order

• Customized steering wheels with personalized logos, special colored carbon fiber, and any other special unique customization (ie. name, company logo, etc) is not returnable. Please finalize your order with care and responsibility.

• A minimum 35% restocking fee is applied on your refund for returns. No exceptions.

• Shipping Fees are not refundable; customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

• All refunds are issued back to its original form of payment.

International Orders

• We do ship internationally. Please DM us on Instagram or use the Contact Us page to message us.

• All prices are in USD.

• Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in product pricing. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
